Cancellation & Late Policy
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and the service can still be provided, a $35 late fee will apply.
